FOr sushi, i like whatever but Volcano rolls are crazy delicious.

I think for the most part I would be much more satisifed with a large bowl of legit ramen plus salmon slices

But then it wouldn't be sushi! Or more correctly wouldn't be makizushi.

I've heard of places that use soy wraps or something, but I've never seen them myself.
