Though I'm pretty picky about quality pizza, I love having pineapple, grilled chicken, red onions, garlic, and tobasco sauce on my pie.
 
Sausage, mushrooms, red onions, garlic, olives. Not all at once (well, never had them all at once).
 
p.m.s. thats right; pepperoni, mushrooms and sausage. 😉

also oggi's pizza & brewing has a great pizza called a world series. its barbeque sauce, gouda cheese, chicken, with red onions and cilantro.
 
peppers + mushrooms
garlic + chicken
supreme pizza (just a huge mix of meat/veggies with more veggies than meat)
