Sheesh...too big of a PJ fan to really list favorites because I love them all for different reasons but the above are probably atop my list or my favorites for them to play at a concert.
 
Not a big Pearl Jam fan, but I do enjoy most of their songs. Except anything on their new album. That's garbage.

I'm a HUGE PJ fan and I'll admit that I didn't care for the new album at first. To be honest, I bought it the day it was released and just in the last couple weeks really started to like it. Some PJ albums just have to grow on you. Riot Act was the same way for me and now it's probably in my top 3 from them.
 
Yellowledbetter is the best song they've ever done. Probably the best to have come out of any band from the "grunge" era bands.

The first two albums, plus Yellow Ledbetter.
I think I could probably put together one decent album from everything they've put out since then. Maybe.
 
My favorite by far is 'I Got Id (sh!t)' but second is definetly 'Black'

In fact the first album is like one long song to me and their best work by far.
 
I recently picked up Ten and Vs again. I would also have to pick Black, but with there are so many good songs to choose from. I haven't listened to anything past Vs, but have been meaning to give the others a listen.
