Depends, I love Advil for various stuff, and it keeps my Carpal Tunnel syptoms in check.
Nyquil rules the roost for cold/flu season.
But, Tylenol Cold/Sinus or Sudafed as a second choice is a MUST HAVE if I am getting on a plane. I have screwy ear tubes and if I dont take some kind of decongestant about an hour before a plane begins it's descent, so much pressure builds up in my ear tubes that it really feels like my head will explode. Last time I forgot my drugs, it was puking in the air sicknes bag while tears of sheer pain rolled down my face. The lady in the same aisle as me was freaking out. By the time we got on the ground, I had such a pounding headache that I was barely able to walk, I had to hire a cab to drive me home, since I wasnt able to drive. It took my ears about 2 weeks to recover from that episode.
