What's your favorite over the counter medication?

I vote for ibuprofin, which encompasses Motrin, Advil and their ilk. Great as a pain reliever and anti inflammitory. Also, you can get up to prescription strengths if you just take some more.

Plain old Aspirin for me. The only other OTC I've ever really bothered with is Sudafed (sp?), and that doesn't hardly work at all.

Why ask about OTC meds? They all suck!!!! I'd sell my soul for a big bottle of Vicodin/Oxycontin any day of the week. Wash two or three down with a few beers and you're talking to Jesus. :Q
