Too many to list although very little is from the PS3/Wii/Xbox360 generation.

Perfect Dark Zero had good music other than the fact that it was lossy while playing the game. I purchased Limelight in WAV.

Devil May Cry 4's music seriously paled in comparison to the music of the first 3 IMO.

As I type this, I'm actually listening to the Order of Ecclesia OST in FLAC.
 
Does it have to be originally from the game? Cause there are some games that have some excellent soundtracks composed of music from other sources (Battlefield: Vietnam, GTA: Vice City, GTA: San Andreas, GTA IV, etc.).

I'd say tops all time would be the Mario theme and the variants throughout the years. You can start humming any bit of the original Mario theme in a crowded area and get people to hum along with you; it's ubiquitous. And how about the first time you played Jolly Roger Bay in Mario 64, and the music ebbs and flows like the tide as you dive into 3D water for the first time... That shit was unreal. One of the best videogame experiences of all time, and it was the music that completed the ambiance.

The closing credits from Metal Gear Solid 1 had a pretty epic song, too. I think I still have that one on my computer somewhere.

Agreed🙂 I just recently downloaded the Super Mario 64 USF files precisely because I love the music of Jolly Roger Bay.
 
If i had to name 1 it would be the music from the Halo series
however these are all excellent as well

Castlevania SOTN

Return Fire for the 3D0 also had great music, as it used real classical music

the remixes done by OC Remix of the FF and chrono trigger music are great if you havent heard them. Also there is an entire DOOM album http://doom.wikia.com/wiki/The_Dark_Side_of_Phobos
