For me its Porkeys when they are all in the office and Ms. Ballbreaker wants a *ahem* lineup to examine a "mole" on the male organ. Then one of the guys said they should bring in a sketch artist. That kills me every time.

THe one scene in my life that made me laugh the hardest the first time was Ace Ventura at the Mental Ward.

"I'm ready to go in coach........" wearing the pink tutu. I didn't laugh at that part, but when he did it in reverse slow-mo, I fell to the floor laughing.

Don't think it's my favorite as the Pink Panther, Porky's, Animal House, and Blues Brothers have better comedy, but that slapstick moment was definitely the funniest.

As far as an individual moment . . . the one that always makes me laugh is the scene in Dumb & Dumber when Jeff Daniels and Lauren Holly are having their day on the slopes and she flirtatiously tosses a snowball at him. Because he's an idiot, he takes it the wrong way and proceeds to quickly pack a hardball and HURLS it at her face from about 4 feet away! God I laughed my butt off the first time I saw that.

"The next man makes a move, the great person gets it"

"Lordy Lord! Do what he say, do what he say!"

"Hold it men, he's serious"

Mel Brooks is a genius.

From 'Happy Gilmore' after Happy sends his grandmother to a rest home. The person in charge there is left in the room there. Note that he pretends to be really nice when Happy is around, but as soon as he leaves:

Grandmother: Could I bother you for a warm glass of milk? It helps put me to sleep..
Person in charge (played by Ben Stiller): <closes door> Why don't you settle for a glass of shut the hell up? Now you will go to sleep, or I'll put you to sleep.

goes something like:

the mole: remember, if you're in trouble, make a sound like a dying giraffe
kyle: what's a dying giraffe sound like?
the mole: *mwwwah* *mwwwah*
kyle: *stares*

the scene where he finds the clit is funny too.

Star Wars ep. 4 after Han and Luke "liberate" Princess Leia dressed in stormtrooper costumes.

HAN: (sounding official) Everything is under control. Situation
normal.

INTERCOM VOICE: What happened?

HAN: (getting nervous) Uh...had a slight weapons malfunction. But, uh,
everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here,
now, thank you. How are you?

INTERCOM VOICE: We're sending a squad up.

HAN: Uh, uh, negative. We had a reactor leak here now. Give us a few
minutes to lock it down. Large leak...very dangerous.

INTERCOM VOICE: Who is this? What's your operating number?

Han blasts the comlink and it explodes.

HAN: Boring conversation anyway.

Ok.. ABSOLUTELY funniest scene is Ace Ventura 2... when he's in the mechanical rhino. The rhino malfunctions, and he can't get out. Being in the middle of Africa, the inside of the rhino gets hot extremely hot, so he gets buck naked. Then he sees a hole at the back of the rhino, so he starts trying to dig his way out. So he's crawling his way out the ass of the rhino, naked and soak with sweat. Some tourists stop and point to their kids 'look kids, that rhino is having a baby.' Then they freak when they see a naked man coming out of a rhino's ass.

Another good scene is the American Pie scene when he gets it on with the pie. I knew that was going to happen because the commercial showed it, but damn, that was still the funniest thing in the world.
