Just use regular quart jars.. Unless your rye flour is 20$/lb. :p

LOL... I ordered mine off the net when I was in college. My "jelly canning" experiment didn't work out so well though, due to a bacteria invested college house with roomates that never cleaned. Eventually one of the jars got so contaminated I just threw the jars out, scared to open it (there was a RED strain of mold growing on the inside of the jar!)... hehe So be careful when canning jelly ;)

The outside contamination doesen't matter.. Just the inside of the jars has to be 100% sterile.
