Just use regular quart jars.. Unless your rye flour is 20$/lb.

LOL... I ordered mine off the net when I was in college. My "jelly canning" experiment didn't work out so well though, due to a bacteria invested college house with roomates that never cleaned. Eventually one of the jars got so contaminated I just threw the jars out, scared to open it (there was a RED strain of mold growing on the inside of the jar!)... hehe So be careful when canning jelly

The outside contamination doesen't matter.. Just the inside of the jars has to be 100% sterile.
