the one where lois is in prison for shop lifting. the whole ep is pretty funny, especially the littlw quagmire conjucal visit thing.

Also the one where peter is in the outhouse and the bird knocks it over with him inside and he says "OHHH GOD...IT'S EVERYWHERE!"

I can't access youtube at work so it might already be named, but my favorite moment was when peter had man envy of his son and put stewie down his pants at the grocery store and tried to come on to women in the produce aisle.
 
At the end of peter's black ancestor episode, when Quagmire finds that tied-up cheerleader in the bathroom... "Dear Diary... JACKPOT!" LOL I fell off the couch laughing.
 
court scene in the very first episode... everything from "you take the good, you take the bad, you take them both and then you have... my opening statement" to the kool-aid guy busting it 😀
