I really enjoyed a class called "foundations of computer science" -- automata theory and other completely theoretical CS concepts. Expected to hate it going in but ended up loving it. Totally rocked it too; that was the class where I finished an exam in about 10 minutes, double checked everything over the next 5 minutes, still no one else looked close to done, but I shrugged and turned it in anyway, wondering if I was missing pages or something. Got like a 98% on it. That was pretty much the only class I took in college that I really took to so well; figures that it was also the least practical (which is saying something).

Microeconomics in first year. The prof was a nut, so the class was always fun and always packed.

Outside my major -- Linear Algebra. Helpful, useful, and interesting. I guess most of all... easy. :p
Inside my major, EE lab. Tough but fun as hell.

Graduated in 1996 with a B.S. in biology, but my most favorite class I took was an upper level Constitutional Law course when I was momentarily a pre-law student.

I had an Embedded Systems Programming course that was pretty fun.

It was some basic lectures then a weekly project. We had the choice of using Berkeley Telus Tmotes and/or Sun's SunSPOTs. I initially was going to do both for the fun of it (had only 6 credits) but the tool installation for the Tmote was a huge PITA and just plain stupid. While the SunSPOT had a CD that installed everything with a few clicks, and had online updates, easily to flash the firmware... all around an awesome package for being pretty early release.

So that was pretty cool. The package had two SPOT and one basestation. They all had USB, wireless comm, and the SPOT nodes had a variety of things like buttons, LEDs, A/D IO, and sensors.

Screen Printing: I made "I  Porn" stickers for my final! ;)

TawKwonDo: I was never in better shape and it was fun!

Speech: Expected it to be hell on Earth, but it was fun and easy and had a 22 YO smokin' hot teacher.

Some lit class: Full of hot girls. Had to do a play and one of the hottest girls chose a skit where we kiss! Now THAT'S a good class!

Unexpected classed I hated:

Archeology: The MATERIAL wasn't so bad, but the prof was AWFUL! It was so boring, and tests didn't seem to be based on the material AT ALL! I literally started picking random answers on a 100 question test. I received a C+ with the curve! :D

Intro to Music: I played the violin since the 4th grade and switched to bass in high school. Even though I wasn't very good at either, we consistently went to state competition and at one time took 2nd place. This gave us the awesome chance to be invited to play at Carnegie Hall! So, I had a pretty good background in music.

This music teacher was even worse than the Archeology prof. I received a "D" in this class! I was so pissed....

Probably my intro to Film Art class. Watched about a dozen good movies, half in the theatre, and had fun making a few short films.

So far the enjoyable ones for me have been:

Speech- It focused on more debate/persuasion speeches instead of just informative. I did most of mine on DRM/fair use/IP rights and loved it.

World government (or something like this)- dealt with game theory, and how nations deal with one another. It was really interesting stuff, and the professor was cool.

Human Relations- A basic psychology course, but the professor is awesome and the class is great. It's a great class (and met a hot chick I'm trying to bring home for my gf and I which is always a +)

CCNA- I like the tech stuff :p

CIS Internship- the class itself wasn't so great, but the internship (job) part of it is great. Developed some great work contacts, and gained a lot of knowledge about our systems.

Sadly enough... Organic Chemistry. My professor is probably the best professor I've ever had during college, he knows how to teach the material AND has a very interesting/funny personality when he teaches. Very rarely you see anyone who is this committed to teaching classes and is able to joke around and make everyone laugh in class.

Next semester I delve further into my major, so I'm sure my opinion will change soon.

My IT classes were a joke.

Intermediate Weight Training was a good one.

Followed closely by Psychology (even though I barely got my B)

I don't recall the name of the class, but it was a senior-level Computer Science and Engineering class where we designed and built a working computer out of chips - even had to write a simple machine language monitor for it.

Social Psychology, nothing like totally fucking with people heads, like an episode of Candid Camera or Punked, and then dissecting it psychologically. [/evil laugh]

Western Civ II, I had an awesome teacher that riddled the class with sarcasm and comedy while teaching us a great deal about history. It covered the Napoleonic wars till World War 2. The teacher focused mainly on wars, conflicts and battles, along with the motivations behind the conflicts. It was great.

I have 2: my first year English class in undergrad. The teacher was fantastic, he was enthusiastic and passionate and made the class fun. I enjoyed it.

My graduate level managerial accounting class. No need for a book. As "dull" as some of the subject matter was, he made it interesting and understandable...by far my fav grad class.

I honestly can't decide. I think it was my assembler class... mostly because it took me about 15 minutes to get a week-long assignment done, then I just sat around goofing off or better yet helping the hot chicks in the class.
