i tried a lot of different brands of beef jerky and so far, my favorite has to be from "The Jerky Hut"!

I have to say, I've never seen a beef jerky, nor am I entirely sure what they are! You guessed it, I'm not from the US. 🙂

It's dry meat or something isn't? Over here I think we call it Pedigree Chum. 😀

I just took my dehydrator over to my mom's house last night so she can start making Deer Jerky. Mmmm.... Can't wait to get my share.

Ditto here. I love homeade deer/elk. I tried making smoked salmon this year too, came out excellent!
