The best beers come from smaller places. Belgian beers are incredible and made from magic yeast that just floats through the air. The best of those are Lambics which come in lots of fruity flavors. The best of THOSE is the non fruity Geuze. Unbelievable beer.
The best American beers also come from a small place, Delaware. Dogfish Head makes some of the most innovative and delicious beers around. Their 90 Minute IPA is the crispest hoppy beer (ignoring their limited 120 minute IPA) and their Midas Touch is some sort of enchanted elixir. If you're on the Atlantic side of the states, find it. If you're not, visit lovely Delaware, and drink this beer.
