Best beers ever are the trappist beers, Chimay Red being my personal favorite. Quite expensive though for beer, but if you know where to go it can be had for a more resonable price.

Troegs Hop Back

Haven't had this, but just got their Golden Nugget, which was a 3 hop blend. OMG hoppy. Didn't like it initially, too bitter, but had to warm up a bit, then it was great.
I've had a few English brews like this, not meant to be served cold and don't taste right, but ~cool they are brilliant.

Best beer I ever had was an English beer. Can't recall the name tho.. Cockfosters? damn....

Usually I buy all sorts of different beers to try, many are good. Never know what you will find.

In general, I am quite partial to very hoppy IPA's and russian imperial stouts

and have to give a little shoutout to great lakes as I am from Columbus : P...close enough to cleveland.

this wednesday at the stone brewery and bistro they are having stone ipa served from a cask. hand pumped stone ipa!! this past friday it was green flash ipa from the cask which was also a nice change.

so you finally get a chance to visit the Bistro? good for you! me envy you@@@@!!!!
