So im delving deep into the world of barbell complexes. Ive recently found that cycles of this:
7xdeadlift
7xrow
7xclean
7xpushpress
7xsquat

is enough to gas me after about 4 rounds with negligible weight.

Ive also seen complexes that are:
1xsquat clean
1xfront squat
1xpush press (to back)
1xback squat
1xpush press (to front)

They are extremely tough...and they exhaust me completely in no time. So i have allocated 2 of my workout days to nothing but them. I also have a kettlebell, which is a similar philosophy of cardio through weight training movements.

Please give me some ideas and post your fav barbell or KB complex.

Don't go too heavy or put oly type stuff later in the complexes. Or good mornings at the end. Looks savage when I see people do it.

Enjoy them!

I saw klokov do 10 push ups and then pc 120 and press it LOL then do it again with 130kg LOL.

I'm going to add it in to my shoulder and do 10 push ups and then mp 60kg for maximum reps.

I'll try various ones every now and then but I stick to the bear complex and Shankle complex.

Bear complex is the only one I've done and I don't go too heavy because of the lowering the weight from above the head to behind the neck due to shoulder issues.

Thanks guys.

A couple others i tried over the weekend.

Burpee
Power Clean
Push press
x7

OMG i almost had a heart attack after 3 rounds. I think its the level change that affects blood flow. The hands stay on the bar so the pushup to overhead really hits everything. This one really broke me down. The others do too but there is something about this one.

Also:

DL x7
Row x7
Landmine twist x10
Landmine one arm push presses x10 each arm.

the bear is very popular but i also dont like going behind the neck, even for a push press.

I keep them simple and heavy

High pull, power clean, hang power clean, hang clean

I'd throw a jerk or push press in there too but currently have a strained wrist, pressing movements really hurt.
