I'm not 100% sure but I do know there is a mixture, but it's most likely on the Celtic side, probably Irish. At least from my mom/grandma's side.

There's also a bit of native on my dad's side. I think I could in theory apply for my status card if I wanted to do the leg work. It's harder when you're only slightly native though.

I've always been curious to do one of those tests to get a more scientific result, but don't like the privacy concerns.

25% German, Mom's Dad came over.
Rest said to be English, Irish, Scotch, Spanish and Americana Indian. Oh lord, grandma was from West Virginia God only knows what happened there. been thinking about a DNA test to find the truth about that one.

One odd thing about the German granddad is that he came over just after WW1. In his basement was a painting of the Lusitania sinking. Little me thought nothing of it, but, older me wonders if it was a joke or did I have an Great Uncle who was on a U Boat.

I have no idea. European, a bit slavic maybe.
Funny thing is that although i am dutch, some dutch people seem to think i am from Poland or Russia or somewhere in between because of the way i speak, act and look (In their view). Even foreigners sometimes ask if i can speak English or dutch... 😀
