This is my email of the day. What's yours?
Today I sold a stupid Zhu Zhu Pets Hamster today to an older guy for his grand daughter. He preceeds to send me two emails that I really enjoyed.
#1
I raised Hamsters as a kid and am getting this one for my
grand daughter. Easier to take care of. I had to clean the cages and keep
them from fighting each other. I was going to sell them and make a
fortune. I never sold one. Appreciate your getting this one on to me as it
will be a Christmas gift.

My wife and I have always had cats in 43 years of marriage. At one time
when we were much younger we had a stray mama cat come up and before we knew
it we were adoptive parents for 14 cats. When we moved we left mama there
and took one of the cats with us but found homes for all the others. I lost
count of all the cats we have had over the years. People seem to find us
where ever we go and drop off cats. We are suckers to take care of them.
We have one now that is ours...and she bites when she gets out of sorts and
you never know when that will be until you get bitten. She loves to snuggle
down on the bed with me so it is hard to stay mad at her.
My favorite hamster had a very long name...you would not believe...and even
though we lived in the northern panhandle of Florida...it actually froze on
the back porch. My dad was a doctor. That hamster was solid as a rock and
cold. He put him in a shoebox and set him over our heater. It a short time
the little fella was scurrying around the box. It was so unusual to get
that cold we were not expecting it. This was long before TV. Again he froze
and again he was revived....but the third time was the charm...and that
ended my Hamster Empire! Sorry for taking all your time with this but I
seldom get to tell that story.
