590! I messed up pretty good in the past. I've been keeping up to date with my credit card and gas card. I'm doing A-OK! My credit score was at 525 the last time I checked which was almost a year ago. yay!
 
i've never checked. I figure I used to be pretty high, but I've been riding a 2k credit card balance for about 6 months now. probably somewhere in the 500's by this point. and there havent been any free credit checks lately.

Oh no way I highly doubt your score dropped into the 500s because you kept a balance. My gas card and my secured Visa both have high balances and my score is up to 590 from 525.
