I first signed in with my email I use all the time and didn't see it, but then I realized that the email I signed up with was different and when I signed in I could then see it on the main page after logging in and clicking Users and Settings.

I lost the link, but there was a story on the web yesterday, I think, that says Comcast is now rolling out the usage meter nationwide. Comcast users are supposed to get an email when it's in there area with a link to the meter.
