If I had to make a dinner I think it would be something like this:

Foi Gras with honey/cinnamon roasted apples, served with toasted bread and Riesling

Grilled Norway lobster with ginger/lime/rhubarbs

Roasted Duck breast with Balsamico/Orange sauce, small potatoes

Dark chocolate mouse, pear sorbet, rasberry coulis and a crème Brûlée

Wow... the lobster and duck sound awesome.

I'm a guy and therefore don't go near a stove, I cook with fire and radiation only.

My specialty is grilled seafood, last night did a grilled teriyaki-marinaded swordfish with wasabi sauce, yum.

So get a gas stove, that's what I use. 😉

And I even invented them myself 🙂

The bad thing is I'm allergic to fish now 🙁 (developed around the time I turned 20)

Oh man that REALLY sucks... I love fish, can't imagine being allergic to it 🙁

I'm no cook, but something that always make that never fails is a tenderized chicken breast w/ lemon and coated in italian bread crumbs. Just pop it in the oven until juices are clear and it's done.

Mince (Scottish)

Its a secret family recipe so I can't tell you all the details 😀
We don't do it in pies like a lot of people do and we use peas instead of carrots.

Think of it as mashed potato, with a pile of ground beef on top with onions and peas along with a light gravy.

let me see something zesty...*poop* on a plate with alittle spray of piss for flavor, convenient dish when you want to produce your own food 😉

Two chicken breasts, two cans of cream of chicken, one can of milk, liberal application of garlic and herb and cayenne pepper, bake at 400 degrees for one hour. Yummy!

steak merinated in kosher salt, pepper and lemon juice with portabella mushrooms with garlic butter(roasted garlic mixed with butter and salt ) over a grill and nice crisp cold beer

Oh, please! My lasagna is legendary! Nations have gone to war over it!

Last time I made lasagna, I used the food processor on the meat, turned out pretty good, better layers.

OMG Shoarma is such good stuff. Haven't had it since my mom stopped working in Saudi Arabia like 3-4 years ago.

Re: shoarma
I found a good recipe for the spices- I can post it here later on if you wish. I've found that for the lamb, you need to get a leg of lamb and trim out the fat and gristle (leave some in if you want it to taste authentic though 😉), then dice the meat.

PM sent. If anyone else is interested I'll post the link here.
