Ive had my card for atleast 2 years now and my fixed rate has been 14.99% after the 6 month 0% introductory rate. Being that this is the only credit card I use I called them today and requested for a lower APR and they told me that 14.99% is the lowest they offer. My gf has the same card and I remember her telling me her APR was 11.xx%.

heh although the lady i was speaking to offered me some rewards program for free.. every dollar spent equals a point towards your rewards.. she told me you can check out those rewards at www.americanexpress.com/rewards but the link doesnt work 🙁
 
0% for 6 months and 10.99% fixed. Was the lowest availible when I got it, not sure if it's lower now (may be as a few cards have lowered rates). Unsure of balance transfers, but 9.99% sounds right.
 
11.99% here but i just got in the mailer some convenience checks/info that i can get 7.99% for balance transfers and won't expire until that amount transferred is paid off. (e.g. non-expiring).

 
On there website under terms and conditions, they offer 9.99%, 10.99%, 12.99%, 14.99%, and 17.99%. I guess it all depends on your income, time in job, and credit history.
