My computer has been crashing and getting real hot

E6400 at just 2.43 gets way to hot
Running a Ninja Fan
Board is a Gigabyte 965P DS3 so no ram options 🙁

Side Fan
Case Fan
True Power 550 PSU
Soprano Case
1 DVD
1 DVD RW


I have a5 on the CPU, i already took off the fan, cleaned the cpu and put a 2 drops on, it idles at 55C witch is way 2 hot.

What should i do, setting to change?
