I have pretty bad hypoglycemia (runs in the family). I'm gradually getting it under control by eating healthier and exercising, but if I skip one meal, then I enter into this self-destructive mode which is hard to get out of.

Bone Spurs, on my heels & left shoulder, they freaking hurt, & I've broken 10 bones, set off metal detectors since they cranked up the sensitivity after 9-11.

And I just started an electronic garage sale on eBay, listed 16 items, and my eyes are tired
