Looks doctored to me. Take a look at the finger in here mouth close to where it attaches to her hand. The shading seems wrong. Also the finger seems to be slightly too big.

If fake though it is a good job still.

I'd have to say the knee (or at least that's what I think it is) at the forefront of the picture is at a weird angle. It's like it's someone else's knee there because of the angle (looks like it's exactly perpendicular with the picture when it should be at some kind of angle. Other than that, I guess I don't know.

EDIT: Doh...my reading comprehension sucks. Yeah...she's got 5 fingers on that hand...and that's not even including the thumb which we can't see... 😀
