I think the point is that $1000 /mo is still really cheap for a house that big (plus it starts with FOR RENT).

I would say it is possibly really small bedrooms but if it has 3.5 baths probably not.

haha. Maybe someone is pranking them? $3,300/mo for rent sounds closer but still high too.

Ah. Yeah $3,300 is probably close to what they should list it for. Talk them down to like $2,800 or so.

$1K/month is *insanely* cheap for a 3-bedroom house no matter how small the rooms are.
