Anyone see what is wrong with this computer? It seems to be at a very good price. It is an eMachine, and I thought the hardware they used sucks, but I dunno..

The only thing thats wrong is the price. The 3400+ is around 230 dollars IIRC, so that means 370 dollars for the rest of the machine. The extra 370 is not worth the crap that Emachines puts in there. If it were 400 bucks or 450, then were talking.

Where do you see onbaord?

Are you saying this is not a card?
"ATI RADEON XPRESS 200 graphics with 128MB DDR shared video memory"

"The 3400+ is around 230 dollars"
- And the ram is about $100. So that's $330

For another $300 you get a case ($40), cd/dvd burner ($50), 200gb hd ($80) , 8-in-1 digital media manager ($60?), XP Media Center Edition ($100), floppy ($10), video card ($?).

Anything I am missing?

That is an onboard card on the latest ATI chipset.

Damn, well can we say screw you emachine? I think so.

Thanks for the help, if the vid card was decent, this would be quite a nice price.

It's a good price, not a good computer. With eMachines you can never be too sure of wtf is inside your computer :p

You're a fool if you pay $80 for a 200GB hard-drive and $60 for an 8-in-1 Reader? LOL. Yeah, go ahead and buy it.

"You're a fool if you pay $80 for a 200GB hard-drive"
- Really? Most places show $85-$90 for a decent 200GB drive... so I don't understand your point.

"$60 for an 8-in-1 Reader?"
- A few weeks ago when I was looking for an AIO, they were around $75.

"Yeah, go ahead and buy it. "
- Damn, how stupid can you be? 12k posts and you can't even pay attention to a thread. Now THAT is funny.
