What's wrong with ORCL stock..

Boy, it's been dropping faster than a drunk sorority girl. Even when the market itself is going up. I lost almost a grand on it so far, altough the remaindering of my portfolio is up since the beginning of this year. To make things even worse the two top Oracle execs are going to unload around 24 million shares in the next few months. That will certainly keep the stock down.

Yeah, but that's 24 million shares more that will be floating out there. That should depress the stock value in the short term.

I think the aggressive attempt to take over PeopleSoft may be viewed as the company's weakness since it's competitor may be gaining market share.
