Whats wrong with my comp, cant download anything

Well im on a diff computer, And im trying to download basic stuff like AOL and Mozilla and I get this error message when I try to install

Windows Has found a problem with this file

says its blocked cause it doesnt have a valid digital signmature, yet im downloadin it from AIM.com and mozilla.com anyone have any idea how to fix this.

Your title suggests that you can't download. Yet, in your post you say you can't "install".

You're also not giving enough information. I'm sure windows is saying more than just "This program has problems". Gives us a screen shot of the error message.

It appears as though the security settings on your Internet Explorer are too high. I won't go through setting them, but you should click Tools --> Internet Options and click on the Security tab. Switch it to medium if you can.

wow cant beleive sometin like that would even make images not load and stuff, thanks for the advice, it was at medium, I went to low and was able to download mozilla and from mozilla was able to grab AIM, on the AIM today page images didnt load but hopefully when I restart all is good.
