What's wrong with duron600.

I just install 2 computers. One is duron600/Abit KT7/PNY PC133 128MB and another is duron600/MSI 6340/Kingston value PC100 128MB. When I test the float performance, I find they are 10%~15% slower than a classic Athlon500. According many reviews, FPU of duron should be same as Tbrid and fast or same as classic Athlon.
Does anyone know what' wrong with duron600? Thanks.
