I placed this order with Dell for an Inspiron 8500 on Oct 15th... using my credit card ...

No confirmation mail ever came.... i wrote back.... on 21 oct....

"Dear sir...

It has been 6 days since i placed this order and am yet to recieve a confirmation mail from you..
Is there a problem?

Its almost 26th today.... the expected SHIPPING date of the laptop i ordered!!!

What the fvck are they upto?? I tried calling them but got disconnected after 15 minutes on hold!!
