What's wrong with capital one high money market ?

I have an account with them that I used to store up the down payment for my house. I don't use it much any more. I haven't had a single problem with the savings account but I'd never use a CapOne credit card.
 
What is the minimum balance to earn the 4.8%? At a lot of places it's $10,000 or more with next to nothing paid for lower balances.

INGDirect pays their full rate on all balances so is better if you keep less in the account.
