What's wrong w/ this picture?

So i was watching the new Eminem video, Without Me, and noticed the parody of
Osama at the end. However, the language on the screen is not Arabic like it should
be, it looks like Hindi, an Indian language. If anyone can read that, can you translate?

not saying its made.. but it probably is just random letters. like me typing "sdkfjse"

they know nobody will understand it, and its only there for the look anyways. if they actually cared they would have picked the right language

That is definitely Devanagari script, so likely Hindi -- and those are real syllables -- I don't speak Hindi and they are too blurry to make out compete words.
