What's wrong w/ my internet?!

It's been like this for a couple of days now, I've swapped different cable modems, different routers, and even plugged straight into the modem. I can't stay online for longer than 5 minutes for anything and my ping log looks like this

Call your provider.

You're pinging google. Don't expect 100% replies. Ping your ISPs router (default gateway) and provide them the results.

If you're removed all home networking gear and get the same results then call your provider. Only they have the tools to fix it.
