What's with the out of order posts?

Someone posts, then replies, but the reply is on top of the original. In some cases, the first reply is on top of the original post.

Take this for example:

GirlFriday's quote and reply to vi_edit is before vi_edit's post.

Yeah and when you see a thread originator as someone but the first thing in the thread is someone else and the originators message isn't till one or two posts down. It's pretty ill.

edit: Here's one that is wrong.

Oh there's already a thread about this a few posts down. Must be those nefs hitting refresh constantly and replying to the post within 10 seconds or something.
