Whats with Taco Bell's terrible movie sponsorship?

I got reminded of this in another thread....what's the deal with TB always sponsering terrible movies? They had promos with some real classics including: Tomb Raider, Congo, and Godzilla. Anyone care to add to this list of shame or explain what their deal is? Bonus points for anyone who can list a good movie that has been associated with TB.
 
This also reminded me of some articles in the Onion about TB (its so easy to go off on tangents when I should be working)
