This is the third time I have seen this this week.
Driver stops short, pulls into the 'driveway' of a shopping plaza blocking the in and out lanes to let someone that works there out. Meanwhile everyone in traffic comes to a fast if not screetching stop....
Then the guy today can't see to get back onto the road since he wants to make a U turn...people can't get out and people can't get in....horns are blaring...but he stands his ground trying to make that U turn from across the street...I don't understand it...just pull in drop the kid or your wife working at the grocery store off, circle around and head on your way...it's going to be much faster than fighting traffic.
