Whats with all the constant dot net framework updates?

I am so sick of having to update .Net

It is time consuming to update and takes a while to install on non SSD machines. Quite frankly the software is worthless.

I have never found that it takes more than 2 or 4 minutes. The most time consuming update is Malicious Software Removal Tool - and that is not really an update, it is a scan.

Just make sure you don't run any apps that require it...they won't work without the required framework installed.
