What's with a $245 price tag for AGP 6600 GT?

I guess I was ecstatic to see that Newegg is already offering the XFX AGP 6600 GT, but when I saw the $245 price tag (plus tax for me), I was considerably pissed. I know Buy.com is selling it for $229, but I'm not very fond of them or their customer service. Anyway, do you think others will charge a bit of a premium for the AGP version?

Pricegrabber shows a range of $215 to $255 for the card. I guess newegg is on the high end. You can get it from shopperwiz.com for about 230 shipped.
 
I'm holding out for the eVGA model since it's supposed to include an HDTV output dongle. However, it's good to know that there are resellers out there that aren't on the high end.
