What's up with the My Anandtech Rig page??

I ended up having to make a "new" rig profile & deleting the old one in order to update it.
Kind of a hassle, though.
 
I've had this issue forever as well. I tried all the tips/links suggested by allisolm as well as clearing my cookies/temp files, etc etc to no avail.

It's not a huge deal, just annoying I guess.
 
I have the same problem. This forum seems to be ignored. Maybe we should make a thread in off topic to get interest up and maybe then "they" will do something 🙁
 
This has been broken since the beginning of the year. I'm just going to stop using it and put my rig specs in a text file somewhere that I can link to.
 
That's crazy they should not care, then it makes people feel like they are not worth anything.

Really is just asking for a SIMPLE TINY little announcement to much to ask?

I deleted my old ones, and tried to make a new profile, didn't work. 🙁
 
Bummer. I guess we should all just put the specs in our sig, although that would make threads look like ass. 🙁
 
C'mon AnandTech. I'm unable to edit my system rigs. I keep getting the following message:

"We apologize for the inconvenience, but you have encounted an error. The error has been logged and sent to the web master."

Now, the reason we have these rigs is so we won't look like a moron listing all our system specs in our sig. Please fix this guys. You've done a great job so far with the forums, now let's finish the job!
 
Hell, this crap has only been broken for a year now, while the SEARCH quit working two years ago. Maybe a couple of years after they finally do something with SEARCH, then this may get fixed!
 
I wouldn't hold your breath on them ever fixing this. I suspect they don't know what's wrong or they have no clue how to fix it, and I doubt Anand wants to pay a professional coder $100 an hour to fix it.

The link in your sig takes me to a page for a rig named Speedster. Is this incorrect? Just about every rig link on this page works.
