What's up with the My Anandtech Rig page??

After I enter all the data for my system rig, clicking on the "submit" button generates an error, and the data is not uploaded. I've been trying to submit rig data for over a month. The last time that I tried was on 2/5/2007. When the error is generated, there is a note that says that a message has been sent to the webmaster. I have posted similar threads on Technical Support and Distributed Computing. It was suggested that I post a thread here. Prior to posting here, I executed an advanced search of the archives. There were a couple of threads posted in 2004, but the problem was not the same. Can anyone help me?
 
I had that problem a few weeks ago...try logging off and clearing all of your cache...that worked for me.
 
Monday, 2/12/2007 ~1430PST

OK, I did all that. I deleted my temporary internet files and my cookies. I even logged out of my account on XP. I logged back in and went to the My Anandtech page and logged in. I entered my system rig data. When I clicked on the submit button, I was redirected to a page with a warning sign and the word ERROR. Underneath that was this message:

We apologize for the inconvenience, but you have encounted an error. The error has been logged and sent to the web master.

... same as before.
 
The following problems that all generated the same error were supposedly fixed, but perhaps they're broken again.
System Rig Information
''I found out what the problem was. I(t) didn't like my putitng 4.1 gigabytes. "

Add System Rig --- Fixed!
"may be one of the fields stopping it from going through."

My AnandTech Rig issues
"but I found out that by only filling out mandatory fields and leaving all other blanks empty, I can finally create a new rig.''

"As long as you DO NOT ENTER CPU OVERCLOCK SPEED it works fine."
"So FYI for all of those having trouble adding their computer, simply don't fill in the Notes field. "

Doesn't work for me still been about 2-3 months it's been broken for me.

Yeah...it's been awhile.
I've gone through a couple of extra hardware changes that I can't "show off"! hehehe

Sheesh how many months is it going to be down?
 
I've had the same problems for a while as the previous posters have. Just never posted about it.

I got an idea. If we all log in and do this multiple times a night, that log is going to get full. Then if it crashes the server perhaps Anandtech may do something about it.

I know, wishful thinking. But it would be nice to get this feature up and running again.
 
Well my rig profile was fine, but it got messed up somehow (OC speed got removed and my secondary HD specs have "so" after it). I went to fix it but every time I click the link to update it I get the error so I can't fix it 🙁
