Paypal charges a fee when you link your credit card to your account. I believe it is a $1.85. The billing also provides you with a 4 digit number you have to verify by checking your credit card online or wait for the next bill to be mailed to you. You can not send money until you have the 4 digit verification code. You do not have to pay a fee for using the credit card, the people you send money to pay the fee. I've never used Billpoint.

Billpoint is going to end soon if not already. eB@y bought out Paypal since their Billpoint never became nearly as popular as Paypal. If you cannot beat them BUY them.

Personally I hate the paypal fees I get on CC or non CC funds that people send. I'd rather have a Money order and get all my money.
