What's up with Humble Bundle's ninjas?

Talk about going downhill. Before, you could expect a response in 24 hours.

Humble Bundle is at its best when you get a middle tier (pay above average) package right after launch so it is super cheap. The always go up, often by like 50%.

Well, I sent it on Monday...and it is the first time I needed to contact them in a few years, so, no idea.
I just know those ninjas are darn slow.
BTW, meant to post this in PC Gaming, so mods, if you wouldn't mind moving it there...

I contacted them the other day because I can't get paypal to work on their site anymore. Works everywhere else except with HB.
Got a reply quickly and then a follow up quickly asking for some additional info. No reply after that and it's been at least a week.

I'll make a new ticket and see what happens.

Well, it is resolved now.
It was under the old ticket #, so, I can't tell if making a new ticket helped or not.

Maybe I got the sumo instead of a ninja?
