1 bedroom 745 sqft apartment. Built in the 1970s and you can kinda tell its age.

I'm paying way too much rent, but its what you pay for this area. Central part of town, 1 block from a university bus stop.

It's shared with three(I've never seen this third person(nor seen them) use the thing) other people and it's right next to my place. There's a hall that goes to many rooms and right next to my room is the bathroom. It's alright. It's a stand-in shower which is what I prefer. The only thing I find annoying is the toilet seat doesn't like to stay up unless you really push on it hard initially to keep it up and then the people who use it here (or at least one of the people) doesn't flush after they pee. So every time I go in there usually I have to flush it before I use it.
