I very seldom see any mention of Foxconn motherboards. At one time I thought I read somewhere that they were the producer of Intel motherboards. Intel boards are AOK, that's what I've used on the last three systems I've built. Mostly out of curiosity I'm considering a Foxconn board for my next upgrade (to socket 775, PCIE, DDR2 etc). Any one had any experience with Foxconn?

Foxconn has 80 thousand employees and make 4.4 times more money than ASUS. They're unkown because until recently they only made mobos for other companies, but now decided to hit the market with their own name.

I've had a few Foxconn boards in my hands, they're ok. Definately not targeted at enthusiasts though, and tech support apparently is not so great.

Source for 1st paragraph.

Foxconn is a major player in the components industry as well. They have also made finished products for Leadtek.
