incidently, i'm sending out another update this week. soooo, that's my preferred method of comm. but i do cruise ALL the forums as regularly as possible to try to answer those questions i CAN without getting banned.

pingec i apologize if i've not seen your email. it's prolly in my inbox and i've prolly read it but for the life of me, i can't remember emailing back a lot of things. the family (mine, to be precise) was (and still is) in town so, that's sucking up a lot of time (well spent, i might add...)

My Opteron 165 is on its way. I just received the tracking information. It should be here by Thursday/Friday.

Once its payment time, its all business! Dave wasn't expecting the shipment until today. Mine's already on its way. He's sending them out as soon as they come in. Thats pretty good customer service! I'd give the whole transaction an A+ rating. I'll report back once I put my new machine together.

Edit: (01/21/06) My opteron 165 arrived today .... THANKS DAVE@Flickedown! .... Hopefully, NewEgg will deliver on Monday.
