What's up with Aximsite.com?

The new MS Pocket PC 2003 OS comes out today, and I want to find info about Dell's upgrade path and if they're going to charge for it, but Aximsite.com is down, and it has been all morning!

Can anyone get to it?

As far as I know, nope. It's too bad too, since I just got my Axim four days ago. Maybe I can call Dell and sweet-talk my way into a free upgrade.
