EMAN, that is not a standard nvidia reference design. The manufacturers can add as much memory as they please, but it doesn't mean it will take advantage of it (64MB GF2MX and GF2 GTS were no better with 64mb than they were with 32, and in some cases the 64 was slower than the 32mb)

What card uses 128mb on the Ti 200? Link?

None of the "GeForce 3" (read, not TI) series of cards had 128Mb memory.
