Whats up with Athlon MP2100+

While shopping around for another MP2100+ retail processor for my dually I found a startling discovery for myself. You can go to pricewatch and find any speed higher or lower than the MP2100 and there will be pages and pages of resellers in any variety. But the MP2100 is only listed by 3 resellers and ALL are OEM. Whats up with that? And price! Sheesh they are more expensive than MP2400! 🙁

Just a query.... I have finally found sources for 3 used ones... just wondered why so scarce. It wasnt even the last Palomino

Yeah, you're going to have difficulty at best finding a matching palamino XP 2100+ MP. Sorry, dude. Ideally, you should also match the stepping but I don't think that's required anymore. That would be practically impossible anyway.

It was the last MP Palomino. The 2200+MP is a TBred.

OK, well the majority of the 2200 shown on PW said Palomino.. I guess they are in error.

The 3 I have collected in so far are all AGOIA. Two however are brown and one is green?
