It looks more like Eichhornia crassipes than Pistia stratiotes to me, or rather the other way around, but then, what do I know.
 
Long experience has taught me that the 'WTF are you smoking' comment is generally directed at me, but since part of my 'teachings' are never to assume the worst interpretation without certainty, I'll take a pass on your remark, DamnMY......., other than to pass on the prior tidbit of excellent advise and a fruther suggestion that Google holds many revelations.
