What's this song called?

I heard a song yesterday at work, but I have no idea what it is called or who the artist is.

It's a really mellow song, it has a deaf cab for cutie feel to it.

The entire song is done with constant echoing in the singer's (guy) voice.

Any ideas? I'll put up more clues if I need to.

The song has a very distinct feel to it. If someone who knows the song read what I had put, then I would be surprised if they didn't figure it out.
