What's this new cr@p from Paypal?

Paypal has a 'community participation' feature now... link

Sorta like a feedback system, but nowhere near as useful. Anyone find this as worthless as i do?

And they're also raising the fees for transactions too. Used to be a good system, but seems to be degrading as time goes on. Bummer.

What's so bad about this exactly?

You can easily tell whether an account is trustworthy or not before sending or receiving money. With all the fraud we've seen, this can only do good.

I am assuming though that it works similarly to ebay..

I think it only tallies &quot;positive&quot; transactions though... essentially, if someone sends you money, and it doesn't end up getting charged back due to fraud, you get a positive rating... not that helpful if you ask me...
