What's this Juke Joint thing suddenly appear on my iTune?

Never seen this before, it's under the share category. hundreds of songs suddenly available to me for no good reason. Is this the content from other iTune users within my proximity?
 
If it is a share then it is someone with either an iTunes or Limewire/Frostwire library near you.
 
Yeah, I was in a library. So this is not from another user right? I mean... I wouldn't want others to see my musical taste vice versa.
 
It is from another user. Adjust your sharing settings if you don't want to share your library or see others'.
 
Don't worry too much, by default, iTunes doesn't share your library. If you go into Preferences -> Sharing... you can uncheck the box "Look for Shared Libraries".
